RTA Litigation Executive – Liverpool – Join a leading motor team and take on a dynamic role handling a diverse range of pre-litigated and litigated work, tailored to your level of experience.

Job Title: Litigation Executive
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £20,000 to £28,000
Work Pattern: Hybrid working
Reports to: Team Leader
Previous Experience: Personal injury and/or credit hire experience. Familiarity with the MOJ or OIC portal is advantageous, as is litigation experience.
Various opportunities at different levels

We are looking for fee earners at various stages of their careers:
Entry-Level Fee Earners: Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims up to reserves of £25,000, including complex matters. You'll oversee cases from inception through negotiation and settlement, while also identifying cases suitable for early litigation.
Experienced Candidates: Handle litigated RTA injury and credit hire matters, developing your litigation expertise as well as case strategy.
RTA and / or Credit Hire experience

The Partners seek candidates with RTA and / or credit hire experience, whether from a claimant or defendant perspective. The firm's clients include major insurers, household name corporates, and self-insureds, offering a diverse caseload and excellent career advancement within a market-leading career progression framework.

Fantastic platform to develop expertise in other areas

Whether you specialise in pre-litigated or litigated work, our client provides ample opportunities for progression and development. You'll have the chance to expand your expertise into areas such as RTA Fraud and EL/PL. Additionally, transfers to other teams within the firm, like commercial insurance litigation, are possible.
