Due to the continued rapid growth of the business, we are pleased to be recruiting a litigation/dispute resolution solicitor with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The right candidate will join a team of solicitors specialising in various areas of law and act on behalf of a broad range of UHNW clients in the U.K. & abroad.
The litigation/dispute resolution solicitor will oversee all aspects of litigation/dispute resolution law for Frei solicitors and their clients, advising clients on various issues such as commercial & property litigation, banking & finance litigation, debt recovery/collection, and civil litigation.
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor specialising in litigation/dispute resolution to lead within their area of expertise, gain exposure and solidify their position on an international level.
Requirements:
U.K qualified.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience.
HNW/UHNW client exposure (desirable).
Able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a global/diverse outlook and understanding of cultures and traditions.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure with limited supervision.
Travel to clients if required (U.K. & abroad).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
I.T proficient.
Responsibilities:
Have strong client relationship management experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Travel to clients nationally and internationally as and when required.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Have excellent organisational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Have exposure to UHNWI & luxury environment.
Be able to work autonomously.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a global/diverse outlook and understanding of cultures and traditions.
Exhibit confidentiality, diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
The position reports to the CEO.
Location: 100% Hybrid.
Hourly Rate: To be negotiated based on experience.
