Servicing a vast clientele including the FTSE 50, financial institutions, and public sector entities, this company stands at the forefront of innovation.As a member of the in-house legal team, you'll join a dynamic group of disputes lawyers, immersing yourself in intricate technology projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:Proactively managing a demanding caseload of contentious matters, either independently or collaboratively, with a specific emphasis on issues originating from our Consulting service line.Contributing to the commercial renegotiation of intricate technology projects.Coordinating with a diverse array of internal stakeholders, including engagement teams, partners, Consulting service line risk teams, senior leadership within the legal and risk community, and media and communications team.Requirements:Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.CVs should showcase exposure to large, complex technology transactions and disputes.Suggested PQE range: 2-4 years.
