Lister

My client, a leading multi branch global property services firm are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Lister for their office in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property market in Manchester with experience in instructions and winning new business.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Lister / Valuer. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including valuing properties, managing landlord and tenant relationships, generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings, closing offers, and completing deals.
Responsibilities:

• Conducting property valuations/Market appraisals
• Managing landlord and tenants relationship.
• Generating new business
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Closing offers and completing dea;s
• Ensuring accurate management of client's expectations aiming to surpass them
• Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supervising the client experience to consistently deliver the highest level of service.
• Staying updates with industry regulations, market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property market conditions, pricing, and sales strategies.

Experience required:
* Previous property experience as a Lister in Lettings
* Hungry for success must thrive at delivering consistently high standards under pressure
* A strong all-rounder who is a confident team player
* Strong attention to detail
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + commission/bonus, OTE £55-£60K
Hours: 9-6PM -Monday to Friday
