We are pleased to be helping with the recruitment for an experienced Sales Valuer & Lister for their South Liverpool based branch.

The role

• Responsible for developing and generating valuation leads.


• Conducting market appraisals and successfully converting these to sales listings.


• Working to Targets

The Candidate

• A focus on generating new and repeat business and winning new property listings.


• Booking and completing of property valuations with new clients


• Canvassing, touting, door knocking and leaflet dropping the local area.


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Confident, professional, and well presented.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Enthusiastic and highly driven


• Ability to hit targets and manage own workload.


• Communicate with current and prospective clients.


• Confident in working on own initiative and under direction.
