Exciting Opportunity for Line Operators in Rothley, Leicester

We are looking for 2 dedicated Line Operators based in Rothley, Leicester, this is genuine offer of a permanent contact following 12 successful weeks on agency. This is your chance to be a part of a long-standing popular employer of the area. We are pleased to offer the shift pattern of working on a 4 on 4 off rota, with two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts.

Payrate:

• £14.49 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours:

• 4 on 4 off, comprising 2 days (6am-6pm) and 2 nights (6pm-6am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the day to day running of the production line.
• Perform quality checks of the products
• Manage stop/starts efficiently
• Address minor machine issues i.e. clearing jams.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies diligently
• Awareness of health and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a production environment ideally maintaining production lines
• Experience of operating stop/starts on production lines
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards
• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team
