Line Leader

A leading international fresh food supplier is seeking enthusiastic Line Leaders to join its busy warehouse team located in Stevenage. The role will operate in a chilled environment at approximately 12 degrees.

The Role

• Ensure the efficient running of the labelling and/or production lines on a day to day basis.

• Supporting and assisting the Team Leaders.

• Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, including enforcing the company's operational procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Controlling all aspects of labelling/production processes and controls within the company's existing policies and procedures.

• 
  
  Using the correct packaging and ensuring the labelling process is strictly followed.
• Maintaining any processing of information within our ERP system (Prophet)

Job Requirements

• Enthusiastic with a 'Can do' attitude
• Computer proficiency
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Motivated team player
• Relatively fit

Pay Rates

• £10.42 to £12.07 per hour plus £1.09 per hour holiday payHoliday pay is built up and is paid when holiday is taken.
• Move to higher rate after training has been completed.
• Overtime rates available after 40 hours

Shift Patterns

• 12 hour shifts - 7 to 7
• AM & PM shifts available
• Shift rota Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
