Line Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Line Coordinator to join our Arbroath site. This role will involve all aspects of motivating, managing and controlling the running of the production line and supporting the Team Leader to ensure all team members are fully occupied and working together to meet production targets.The Line Coordinator will ensure quality standards are always maintained and highlighting any quality issues or concerns, and all Health & Safety, housekeeping and other operation standards are maintained. The Line Coordinator will carry out other specific requirements identified by the Shift Managers or Team Leaders.Good communication and experience coordinating a team will be required, along with an ability to work efficiently under pressure. Candidates should be able to prioritise work and be self-motivated.You will be given appropriate on the job training, support and time to learn to become a proficient Line Coordinator.
