About the Role:
As our Regional Specification Manager (North West), you will be responsible for driving sales of our lighting products within the North West England region. You will:
Build and maintain strong relationships working with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, electrical consultants and contractors involved in specification-grade lighting projects.
Secure new projects through persuasive presentations, technical expertise, and in-depth product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams of project solutions and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Proactively stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new RICOMAN solutions.
We are looking for someone who:

Has lighting industry experience is preferred but not essential
Is a team player that contributes to a positive and supportive team culture.
Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage technical audiences and build trust.
Has a proven track record of success in sales, consistently exceeding targets.
Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of lighting and design principles.
Maintains existing relationships within the lighting industry and actively seeks new connections.
Is eager to learn and adapt, embracing new technologies and RICOMAN's unique product lines.
Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, exceeding expectations and contributing to team success.
