Lift Maintenance / Repair Engineer
38,500 per annum (+ Overtime at 1.3x / 1.5x / Double Time + Medical Cover. OTE of up to �50K)
Monday - Friday (Flexi Time Available 24/7)
West Midlands (Field based), commutable from - Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Dudley, Coventry, Solihull, West Bromwich, Worcestershire

Are you a Lift Engineer with experience of maintenance, repair, and installation of passenger, platform, goods, and or accessibility lifts? Would you like to work for an industry leading lift engineering company, offering a competitive basic salary as well as the chance to severely increase your earnings via regular overtime at an increased rate? Are you looking to join a company that prioritises the training, development and progression of their staff into more senior roles?

Contracted hours are 40 per week at approx �18.50ph, making your basic approximately �38,500. Overtime is paid at:
1.3x for hours 9 & 10
1.5x for 10hr+
2x for after midnight
2x for Sundays
1.5x for Saturdays
�270 per week for standby
With regular overtime, OTE can reach in excess of �50,000 per annu,.

Due to continued growth and the securing of some large contracts, my client is looking to grow their team and take on a further 5 experienced and qualified lift maintenance engineers. With a priority to cover West Midlands, they are also looking for suitable applicants in Oxfordshire and Norflok.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lift Engineer looking to secure a technically rewarding role, with the opportunity to take advantage of their extensive fully-funded training programmes.

Job Description:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on lifts
  • Respond to call-outs and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Keep accurate records of work carried out
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
The Candidate:
  • Have relevant industry experience with the maintenance and repair of passenger lifts
  • Hold a NVQ L3 in Lift Engineering
