As a Senior DA Underwriter, you’ll have responsibility for allocated DA portfolio’s and oversee all activities required for effective partnership. You’ll be handling business across our existing portfolio while helping us grow by onboarding opportunities. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. We need you to provide a standout service experience for customers and stakeholders and be responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions for them. As a senior member of the team a part of your role will be coaching and mentoring the junior members of the team and supporting them to develop. We will help you to extend your knowledge of the group risk market and products, as well as all the technical bits but you’ll already be a strong communicator who is happy making a decision.
