Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator for Life Insurance Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be experienced in making a high volume of outbound calls. The primary responsibility is to qualify potential clients for various life insurance and protection products, including critical illness cover, income protection, family income benefit policies, and relevant life insurance.



Responsibilities:




  • Outbound Calls:


    • Conduct a high number of outbound calls daily to prospective clients.

    • Effectively communicate the benefits of life insurance and protection products.








  • Qualification:


    • Qualify potential clients based on their financial situation, needs, and preferences.

    • Gather essential information to assess the suitability for different life insurance products.








  • Product Knowledge:



Stay informed about various life insurance and protection products, including critical illness cover, income protection, family income benefit policies, and relevant life insurance.






  • Communication Skills:


    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to establish rapport and trust with potential clients.

    • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and terms to clients.








  • Team Collaboration:


    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

    • Provide feedback to enhance the overall sales process.








  • Documentation:


    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.








  • Targets and Reporting:


    • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads.

    • Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics                                                          








  • Qualifications:


    • Flexible working hours may be considered.

    • Candidates can be office-based or work remotely.

    • Working Conditions:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is an advantage.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiarity with life insurance and protection products.

    • Proven experience in telesales and making a high volume of outbound calls.
