Leveraged Finance Associate (1 – 4 PQE)
We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 1 – 4 year PQE Associate.
You will be working on a range of work for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions; working across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be working on Leveraged Financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe. .
You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.
