We have long standing members of staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. We have street parking available and good transport links to the nursery.We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team and provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.This role is working 40 hours per week, various shifts patterns between the opening and closing times of the nursery 7:30am-18:00pm. This nursery is open all year round and is not a term time only role. You will need to have a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.As Nursery Practitioner, you will:Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of developmentUnderstand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are metEnsure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routineUndertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and familiesMaintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures*Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive or restrictive, changes and other duties relevant to this post may be added.As Nursery Practitioner, you will need:Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essentialFluent in written and spoken English - essentialOver 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirableKnowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirableWe’re a family by name, and we’re a family by nature too.
