Role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant with SEND Experience

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 qualification and some experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are looking for someone to join our team at an SEND School based in Liverpool. The school supports children from the age of 3 to 19 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs.
• Provide support to children within the classroom and in small intervention groups.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff and other professionals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs.
• Comfortable working 1:1 and in small groups with SEND students.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
