Lettings Progressor/Administrator - Fulham - £25,000 - £27,000
Dove & Hawk are excited to be working with an independent estate agency specalising in Central London. They are looking for a Lettings Progressor to join their vibrant team in Fulham.
In this role you are effectively coordinating the move in process for prospective Tenants and to administer the smooth running of the office by assisting the Head of Sales & Lettings
Responsibilities

• To organise the referencing of all potential Tenants
• To prepare and execute the Tenancy Agreement
• To organise the practical aspects of the move, including Inventory & Check In, Cleaning, Repairs and any other necessary agreed works
• To liaise with Landlords and potential Tenants to ensure a smooth transition from agreed 'subject to contract' deal to the actual move in day
• To respond to enquiries by email or phone from Landlords and Tenants
• Provide a proactive service by anticipating potential problems and implement solutions.
• To ensure Vebra database is kept up to date and is used appropriately to record all communication and information relevant to each tenancy
• To answer calls and take messages
• To cover the duties of the PA to Managing Director in their absence
• To upload new and amend current property listings
• To carry out Land Registry searches and maintain a database of owner's details
• To carry out AML checks
• To send out promotional letters as directed
• To order the stationery and buy other office essentials
• To produce Lettings and Sales Lists
• To produce To Let and For Sale window cards

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours: Office Based role (9am - 6pm)
