Salary – £28,000 – £30,000
Our client is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Lettings/Office Administrator within their lovely vibrant team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch overseeing the department, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner and experienced within property administration.
You will be a key member of the company.

Overview
Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.
• The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure
• Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative
• Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner
• Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good customer relations and communication skills are required
• Team player Property or Administration background preferable
• Assisting the Sales and Lettings Team
• Typing valuation and instruction letters
• Preparing, updating and printing property lists
• Preparing property details
• Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists
• Weekly stationery ordering via the online stationery system
• Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details as and when necessary
• Advertising – preparing and proof-reading all adverts for weekly and monthly publications
• Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory required documents
• Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail
• General administration duties and canvassing
• File management
• Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down
• Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas safety’s and EICR’s due – Monthly
• Chasing gas safety and electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants • Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents
