Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator at Johns&Co, you will:
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
Manage the full offer process with finesse, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
Deliver unparalleled customer service, exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.
Who We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
At least one year of experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency.
Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
A full driving license and a comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
