Lettings Negotiator

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in Shaftesbury, who are recruiting for a lettings negotiator to join the team on a permanent basis.�

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous lettings experience or someone who has excellent customer service / administration skills looking to get into the industry.�

The Role:�

• Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable.�


• Managing client paperwork and booking of viewings when required.�


• Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.


• Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing techniques.


• Managing all administrative documents, updating, scanning and filing where required.


• Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Lettings experience desirable but not essential.�


• Good level of IT skills .


• Excellent communication skills.


• Excellent written and verbal skills.�


• Presentable as you will be public facing.�

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17:30pm and working every other Saturday 9am - 1pm with half a day off in the week.�

Basic salary of �21-23k per annum with OTE in the first year of �25,000.�
