£23,000 - £25,000 basic plus commission

As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants. You will advise and assist them through their property search, ensuring a smooth and timely move-in process.

22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 26 days after two years
Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00, every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 with a day off in the week
What you will be doing
Agreeing lets & progressing the applications through to move-in
Generating and booking valuations
Conducting property viewings
Building relationships with Landlords to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Actively pursuing and identifying new business to grow the register
Preparing property details, writing property descriptions, arranging photographs and floor plans
What you’ll have
Experience working within property, ideally Estate Agency or Lettings
Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
