They pride themselves of offering a refreshing and unique approach to traditional agency, and offer a vibrant, approachable and bespoke style of business.They are an employee focused company, with a tight knit team of positive, personable, and down to earth people and are looking for someone with a similar attitude!Candidate Profile for the Lettings NegotiatorIf you possess heaps of charm, a friendly and reliable persona, and a strong work ethic – this could be the role for you!You will ideally have some experience within the property industry, but this isn’t totally necessary – most importantly you will exhibit a positive and upbeat nature, are able to remain calm under pressure, with poise, strong attention to detail and exemplary customer service.The role involves communicating with HNWIs and prime clients throughout Central London, strong communication and rapport building skills are essential!Package for the Lettings NegotiatorMonday to Friday 8:45am to 5:45pm£20,000 to £28,000 Basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)£50,000-£60,000 OTE20 days holiday + Bank holidays and closed over Christmas.
