Lettings Negotiator - Mayfair

Dove and Hawk currently working with a High-End Property Consultant who is offering an incredible opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to come in and run and hit the ground running in their Central London office.
Main Tasks:

• Maintain strong, effective relationships with vendors and applicants.
• Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications to ensure accuracy in file management, communications, and compliance
• Liaise with prospective purchasers, vendors, and viewing staff, arrange viewing appointments, market appraisals, and negotiate offers

Requirements:

• No Driving Licence required.
• Prime Central London experience required.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 basic - £45,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30 am-6.00 pm - Saturday, 10.00 am-3.00 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
