Job Description: We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team. As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the rental process for our properties, ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires strong organizational and administrative skills.



Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the entire lettings process, from advertising available properties to finalizing rental agreements

  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants

  • Screen potential tenants, including background checks and reference verification

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as necessary, addressing issues promptly

  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions and tenant files

  • Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental prices accordingly

  • Collaborate with other team members, including property managers and maintenance staff, to ensure efficient operations
