Lettings Instructions Manager

Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire/Milton KeynesThe main purpose of the role is to win new listings and gain new rental instructions to drive lettings market share within the Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire areas.The Michael Graham Group consists of Michael Graham Estate Agents, the regions’ number one Estate Agency selling and letting the finest properties across 8 counties, and Central London, also Mustard Homes selling properties across the Milton Keynes and Towcester areas. With a total of 17 offices, you will be joining a busy department.You will have a pro-active and entrepreneurial approach to winning new business always searching for the next opportunity. You will build a strong rapport with our Estate Agency and Financial Service teams to increase referral activity and you will build and maintain a comprehensive client and investor database. You will also have excellent industry knowledge alongside a strong knowledge of the geographical area.In this Lettings Instructions Manager role, day to day you can expect:Identifying and maximising business opportunitiesCarrying out Lettings Valuations and ListingsBooking property viewings and registering applicantsDelivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to faceWorking towards and achieving personal and branch targetsGiving directive to the required branches and educating them on lettings processesNegotiating and agreeing tenanciesRepresenting the company in a professional mannerBuilding strong relationships with local property ownersAdhere to the Property Ombudsmen Code of Practice and stay informed with relevant industry legislationSkills and experience required:Lettings experience -preferably already a Lister, Valuer or a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for progressionAble to generate new business in a target driven environmentOutstanding customer care / customer service experienceCompetently prioritise work load and deadlines essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA Full UK driving licenceWhat's in it for you as a Lettings Instructions Manager?Full support and training to become ARLA qualifiedCompetitive basic salary with uncapped commission (Post Probation)Please complete the form below to initiate the application process.
