Role: Lettings Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

We’re recruiting a Lettings Coordinator to join a forward thinking and tech savvy property management company based in central Manchester.

You will be joining a contemporary people focused company, working in stunning modern office space and work alongside driven and passionate people. This is a company in high growth in the property sector, with residential units across the U.K.

The Lettings Coordinator role provides essential admin and customer service support to drive resident occupancy levels. Reporting into the Lettings Manager, the Lettings Coordinator will manage the full resident life cycle from original enquiry, tenancy progression processes and procedures, to move in, all while delivering exceptional customer service

The role:

· You will be the First point of contact on the Enquiries support desk, responding to inquiries efficiently, problem solving, and ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.

· Carry out administration tasks - data entry, recording and updating the in-house property systems (Yardi/Hubspot)

· Work collaboratively with the Area Lettings and Communities Managers to ensure a smooth transition throughout the prospect lifecycle.

· Ensure applications are processed efficiently once the applicant has reached referencing stage

· Prepare and issue any Section notices as required

· Escalate any resident lifecycle concerns to the Lettings Manager

· Ensure the accurate completion of tenancy terms and conditions, deposit registration and renewals

· Maintain resident tenancy progression files, fully utilising internal systems to streamline the resident lifecycle

The Candidate we are looking for:

· You will ideally have experience in the property sector with a Lettings or Sales background. Previous customer service experience is essential.

· You will have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport with others easily and form strong working relationships

· Be Proactive, results and goal orientated with experience of working in a target driven and fast paced environment

· Exceptional organisation skills, great attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

· Confident IT skills with previous experience using multiple systems at any one time. Knowledge and experience of Yardi and/or Hubspot is desirable

· Working knowledge of legislative compliance within prospect management, and interest in the lettings sector preferable but not essential
