Who We Are:Established in 1982, DBK Estate Agents are a reputable and long-standing Sales and Lettings Agent across West London.Independent, family run and a seasoned agency leveraging cutting-edge technology. We have three offices in West London: Hounslow, Heston and new Virtual Office in Southall and cover Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Mortgages.Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionallyBooking and conducting property viewings and provide potential tenants with detailed information about available properties Negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangementPrepare and manage all necessary documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and legal compliance paperworkProspecting landlords for new businessStay updated on local property market trends, rental rates, and competition to provide informed advice to clientsWorking well with the Property Management Team to ensure properties meet the required standards and address maintenance issues promptlySkills and QualificationsMust have full UK driving licence and your own carExcellent communication and people skills Local marketing knowledge of Hounslow and surrounding areaGreat with technology and willing to learn new softwareValues teamwork and has a positive, can-do attitudeHighly organised and attentive to detail Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday each week M - F: 9am to 6pm and S: 9.30am to 3pmWhat's in it for You?£20,000 - £25,000 basic plus OTE Awards for exceptional performance (monetary and non-monetary) Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the companyA dynamic, friendly, and inclusive workplace cultureClient Testimonials:See what customers say about us on allAgents Apply nowIf you are passionate about a career in property and have a track record of success, we would love to hear from you.
