As a Lettings Client Manager, You Will:
' Assist in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties.
' Exceed all personal and branch activity and income targets.
' Run the MA generation section of the opportunity report, ensuring timely follow-up activities.
' Achieve high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales.
' Create high-quality marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
' Provide exceptional customer service to inspire commendations and recommendations.
' Act as the point of contact in the manager's absence, ensuring continuous branch success.
' Assist in structuring and organising the office for maximum efficiency.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
' Has previous Estate Agency experience in a similar role with demonstrable success.
