Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Area Manager to join us in East Kent
The Lettings Area Manager role will offer a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE: £70,000+ as well as a company car and generous staff benefits.
As a Lettings Area Manager you will be working alongside the Lettings Area Director, you will lead and oversee management of all lettings branches and colleagues within your region. You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, through driving engagement and collaboration amongst your teams.
This is an opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Lettings branch networks. It is an exciting time to join Countrywide.
Your role will involve:
Coach, develop and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across the boardEnsure employee engagement is maximised through action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teamsManage, monitor and report on the region`s performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region`s P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targetsTake appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budgetGrow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environmentsBeen a valued member of high performing teams within a highly customer centric service or retail industry environmentProven ability to influence, shape and lead significant changeInspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humilityHigh levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
