They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners for Southwest Home Counties Excellence 3 times.Looking for an ambitious and experienced Lettings Administrator to cover rentals and renewals in their friendly Epsom branch, you will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, have a great personality and attention to detail whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.*Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position? Please contact us for more information.Duties will include:Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receiptsDaily uploading of rent and payments and invoicesResolving landlord queries via email and telephoneInvestigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt paymentAssist with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment runLiaising with PM’s, issuing and re-issuing invoices as well as issuing credit notesGeneral accounts administration including banking, filing and retrieval of paperworkChasing Arrears/ Credit ControlRequirementsProven work experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar roleKnowledge of ExcelGood organizational and time-management abilitiesIf you are interested in this Lettings Administrator role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion. Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unfortunately unable to respond individually to each applicant.
