Pyramid8 are working with a property company situated in the Wakefield area, with an excellent reputation they have been in business over 50 years and are seen as true experts in their field. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
As Lettings Administrator, you will be assessing the condition of a property, to provide an objective evaluation. You will help to identify any potential issues or defects that may affect tenants, property value and any potential safety concerns.
The company is close knit and very supportive of their employees. Predominantly, you will be out and about on the job and no two days will be the same. The role of Lettings Administrator means that you will have a busy diary, so you will need to be able to effectively manage your own workload and plan your day for maximum efficiency.
The role
Carry out inventories Carry out property inspections Check and evaluate properties You will deposit returns and resolve deposit disputes Sort formal check outs Organised, adaptable and able to manage individual workload Able to work to deadlines and have high attention to detail Ability to communicate on all levels in the business, with property owners and tenants
The person
Previous lettings professional Likes being out and about on the job Loves to work as part of a dynamic team Experience would be great but an enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn is key to success Full Driving license and access to own vehicle
The package
Up to 25k basic salary Working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 09:00 - 13:00 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday 20 days holiday + bank holidays. After probation, get a day off per year, up to a maximum of 27 days. Day off for birthday Standard workplace pension enrolment
