Job DescriptionA rare and exclusive opportunity awaits you to join a highly successful and well-established flag ship office for an independent property company in Southwest London as a Lettings Administrative Assistant. This Administrative role within the property management team will primarily involve supporting the head of the property management department. Additional responsibilities will include handling general letting administration, running compliance reports, and completing tasks, booking work orders, and liaising with other departments as needed. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a letting administration role and/or property management, demonstrating a proven track record in customer service. We are specifically seeking individuals with outstanding organisational and communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
