Our top legal client are currently searching for an experienced legal secretary to join their Private Client department in Holbeach on a permanent basis.

Key duties to include:

* Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks.

* Diary management.

* Managing key administrative files.

* Correspondence with clients.

* Assisting with the composition of wills.

* Assisting with deed binding.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous secretarial experience in a Private Client department.

* Fast and accurate typing speed.

* Excellent spelling and grammar.

* Strong time management abilities.

* Task and time management skills.
