Key duties to include:�
- Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks.�
- Diary management.�
- Managing key administrative�files.�
- Correspondence�with clients.�
- Assisting with the composition of wills.�
- Assisting with deed binding.�
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous secretarial experience in a�Private Client department.�
- Fast and accurate typing speed.��
- Excellent�spelling and grammar.�
- Strong time management abilities.�
- Task and time management skills.�
