A very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to work in-house at a company with a global reach.
You can look forward to working closely with the owner of the company and learning a lot about the commercial and strategic side of running a business alongside the legal work.
As the Legal Secretary, you will have a high level of autonomy and therefore experience as a Legal Secretary within Property, Litigation or Corporate matters is required. Ideally, you will have experience in a US or top tier city firm.
You will assist on general corporate, commercial and governance work in addition to litigation and corporate matters and as the principle is looking at setting up a property investment fund there will be some interesting work with that too.
