If you are a Legal Secretary with Private Client experience seeking a position with a reputable and very successful firm of Solicitors then you really need to consider this role.
Some of your duties will include:
Providing full secretarial support to the Senior Solicitors in the Private Client team
Preparing a wide range of correspondence and legal documentation from audio transcription
Typing Wills accurately using precedent bank, drafting LPA’s and Court Protection Applications
Registering Will with Certainty and responding to Will search enquiries
Maintaining case management system and updating details held when needed
Liaising with clients on the telephone and managing enquiries about Wills
