Job Description As a Legal Secretary you will be responsible for:Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals.Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.Organise and maintain legal files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments.Handle client inquiries and communication in a professional and courteous manner.Assist in research and gathering information for legal cases.Manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively. The Successful Applicant The Successful Legal Secretary will have:Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.Proficiency in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Familiarity with family law or real estate law is a plus.
