An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced legal secretary to join our top legal client's Bourne team on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office.�
Key duties to include:




  • Audiotyping an document transcription.

  • Managing team member's diaries.�

  • Maintaining case management system.�

  • Filing key documents.�

  • Communicating�with clients via�email, telephone�and in-person.�

  • Undertake general administrative duties.�





The successful candidate will have:�




  • A minimum of one years UK legal secretary experience.�

  • Accurate and fast typing speed

  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office systems.�

  • High quality spelling and grammar.�

  • Practiced time management and organisational abilities.�
