An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced legal secretary to join our client's Private Client department in Banstead on a permanent basis.�
Key duties to include:�




  • Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks.�

  • Assisting with the composition of wills.�

  • Assisting with deed binding.�

  • Managing partner's�diaries.�

  • Correspondence�with clients.�

  • Managing key administrative�files.�





The successful candidate will have:




  • Previous secretarial experience in a�Private Client department.�

  • Confidence when�working with clients and third parties.�

  • Accurate and quick typing speed.��

  • Strong grammar and spelling.�

  • Excellent time management abilities.�

  • Able to prioritise tasks efficiently.�
