Position: Legal Secretary


Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the team of accomplished solicitors, ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day operations.
2. Document Preparation: Utilise your expertise to draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
3. Client Interaction: Uphold our commitment to personalized service by maintaining professional and courteous communication with clients.
4. Minute Taking: Efficiently record and report back minutes of minutes with accuracy and detail.
5. File Maintenance: Organise and maintain legal files, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
6. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and court dates to optimise the workflow of the legal team.


Qualifications:
" Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary in a reputable law firm.
" Proficiency in legal document preparation and familiarity with legal terminology.
" Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
