Legal Secretary - Flexible Working

QED legal are working with a reputable law firm in Newcastle who are looking for a legal secretary to join their busy property team.
For this role I'm seeking a highly organised individual who brings a positive ‘can do’ attitude’ to support the fee earners within their modern office in Newcastle.
Duties will include: Organise and prioritise workloads in collaboration with fee earnersPrepare inward and outward postOpen and close files and maintain general matter documentationAssist in preparing, submitting, and downloading property searchesComplete Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applicationsPrepare and collate Engrossments, marking them up for executionMake preparations for completion of tasksComplete monthly billing tasksE-file all documents and correspondence to fee earnersLiaise with clients and take instructions under supervision of fee earners Key attributes: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate proficiency in IT skills for amending and finalising legal documentsExperience in document preparation, including working with house-style and re-formatting documentationMaintain strong attention to detail and a positive attitudeWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamPossess excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines If you would be interested in joining a supportive team where your skills are valued this job offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic legal environment.
