We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide essential support to the Real Estate Department of this London law firm. This maternity cover role offers a chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the team's success.In this position you will provide administrative support to two Partners (Heads of Department), prepare documentation and correspondence with precision and efficiency, format documents and create invoices using Partner for Windows, manage Land Registry requisitions and conduct searches via Infotrack, handle SDLT returns and ensure timely payments, coordinate meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of conveyancing transactions.The firm requires a secretary with previous experience within Conveyancing.
