If you are a Legal Secretary with good knowledge of conveyancing, looking to work for a prestigious Practice then this could be the perfect next career move for you.
Some of your duties will include:
Providing all-round executive secretarial and administrative support for a team of solicitors
Dealing mainly with commercial conveyancing client cases but also assisting in other areas
Managing busy diary schedules, arranging internal and external meetings and preparing required paperwork
Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking hotels and preparing itineraries
Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, managing routine enquiries where possible
Checking teams monthly expense claims and processing for payment
