Our esteemed client, a leading law firm in Walsall, is seeking a compassionate and organised individual to join their dynamic team. Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (Office-Based)
Salary: Salary is dependent on experience
Location: Walsall

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as a professional and empathetic point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents.
Case Coordination: Assist in managing case files, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines, while maintaining organised and up-to-date records
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to the fee earner, such as data entry, billing, and office supply management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a legal assistant or secretary, preferably in child care or family law.
Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Education: A degree or certification in legal studies or a related field is preferred
