Top legal client are currently searching for a legal receptionist/assistant to join their Conveyancing team in Cardiff on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office.
Key duties to include:
- Completing general administrative tasks to support the team.
- Maintaining reception area and greeting visitors.
- Screen and answer incoming office calls.
- Utilise case management system to prepare correspondence.
- Maintain mail deliveries.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist/assistant.
- Previous experience in a conveyancing legal environment preferable.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and attentive to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
