About the Role: As a Legal Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of legal matters. You'll work closely with their Senior Legal Project Managers, matter partners, lead associates, and various business services departments.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be providing dedicated support to lawyers, prioritising efficient delivery while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.
You’ll establish and maintain legal project management tools and processes for smooth matter execution.
You’ll be assisting with pitches, client presentations, scoping, and financial agreements.
Managing matters throughout their life cycle, focusing on efficiency and value-added services.
Sharing your skills and knowledge by supporting and providing training to trainees and lawyers.
About You:
You’ll have approximately 2 years' experience as a Legal Project Manager/ Legal Project Co-ordinator or similar role.
Bring your top notch organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
Your communication skills and ability to foster collaborative working relationships should be excellent.
You’ll need to bring proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
And not forgetting your passion for promoting best practices in legal project management.
