THE ROLE
This is a varied role within a busy Housing Management Team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and activities that will ensure the team work efficiently and achieve the highest levels of client care possible.
Main responsibilities:
· Take internal and external telephone queries and respond appropriately.
· Play a key role in the care of our clients.
· Organise all areas of diary management.
· Arrange meetings, booking rooms, organising refreshments and liaising with attendees.
· Manage incoming post and emails, forward on and file appropriately.
· Make travel arrangements, booking transport and hotels
· Assist with the billing and credit control process.
· Support with any marketing activities such as pitch and presentation preparation
· Liaise with Business Development and Marketing teams for upcoming events and assist
with marketing material.
· Carry out all general administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending
letters, organising couriers and data entry.
The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:

· Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally from within a legal sector role.
· A working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
· Enjoy working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively.
· Enthusiastic, pro-active, and flexible, contributes to the whole-team effort
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
