We are pleased to present this opportunity to join an international law firm, looking to recruit a Legal PA to their central London office.
Legal PA - London - Salary Up to £45,000
The Role
The firm is searching for a driven, motivated Legal PA, with experience in disputes .
This award-winning firm is located across the world, providing advice to its client sectors including banks, pension funds, institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, public and private companies, and HNW individuals.
As part of the disputes team, you will be providing PA support including Client Due Diligence, client billing, reports and engagement letters.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting fee earners with preparing/drafting legal documentation
Inbox and complex diary management
Supporting the Business Development Team with organisation of events
Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
Amending and proofreading legal documents
Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance
