Are you an experienced Legal Secretary?

Our client is a well-established law firm based in Westerham and they are looking for an experienced Legal PA to join the company on a permanent basis.

You will be an integral part of the Legal team and dealing with all legal aspects of the Company’s business.

Salary: £23,000 to £29,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with core hours between 10am to 4pm.

Benefits: 28 days holiday inc BHs, pension

What will your working week involve?

* To provide assistance to fee earners and the running of the office.

* Preparing documents and correspondence for courts and clients with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Document management, photocopying, scanning and filing.

* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

* Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.

* Management and organisation of Diary/Workflow.

* Clear and concise record keeping.

* Dealing with clients and third parties.

* Ensuring fee earners have everything necessary to complete tasks.

* Must be proficient with MS Office.

* Familiarity with Government Portals an advantage.

The successful candidate must be:

* You will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary.

* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.

* Be able to work independently.

* Have excellent verbal, written and telephone skills.

* Be able to multitask and be extremely organised.

* Be flexible and adaptable.
