Your new company
This legal firm is seeking 2 legal PAs to join their teams. They are a top-rated firm with a lot of opportunity for development. Hybrid working is available.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration and PA support to partners and fee earners within the firm. They are looking to recruit for 2 different teams but duties will be the same including diary management, travel, accommodation, reviewing documents, some element of audiotyping, reviewing contracts, meeting and greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms and more.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within a PA/senior administration role will help you succeed in this role. This would be a great role if you're looking to expand and gain further experience within a PA role. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail along with great communication skills. You're proactive, organised, switched on and bright. Ideally, you will come from a legal background for the role but they are open.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary between �26,000 - �28,000 depending on experience. You will also be working for a great organisation with a lot of opportunity for development. You will also have access to a benefits package including holidays, pension, healthcare and hybrid working.
