ContractOur client, a leading law firm based in the city are now looking for a part time Legal PA to support their Private Client team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday). The Legal PA will be joining a team of friendly PAs, in a busy and varied role, where no two days are the same! This firm are based in a great city location and offer hybrid working.Key responsibilities:Onboarding and liaising with new clients, producing engagement letters and compliance checksTravel arrangements both national and international including itinerariesProcessing expensesDiary and inbox managementWorking closely with the business development team to create pitches, and organise eventsOrganising and booking meetingsProducing and amending documentsEnd to end billing including producing reports and credit controlOther general administrative tasksExperience as a Legal Secretary / PA within a Law firmA great team playerThe ability to work under pressure to deadlinesStrong IT Skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordLegal PA - Part Time Our client, a leading law firm based in the city are now looking for a part time Legal PA to support their Private Client team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
